Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are charged at a flat rate of  £2.95 or FREE SHIPPING will automatically be applied at checkout to all order values of over £25.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible but always within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order. Your item will be sent via Royal Mail's Second Class Postage service - usually taking a further 2-3 business days.

 If you require an order in a hurry - please send me a message prior to ordering as I may be able to accommodate you. Urgent requests may not be accepted after the order has been placed. 

Knotty Knots is striving to be plastic free. All orders will arrive in a recyclable box (with paper tape) or a recycled/ recyclable mailing bag. 

 None of the items in my shop are intended to be used as toys, they are for decorative purposes only. Care should be taken to ensure items are hung well out of reach of babies and children. Knotty Knots Craftbox takes no responsibility for accidents or injuries sustained if the product is used in any other way than for its intended decorative purpose. 

The address label will be on the outer packaging only so that the kit can be easily gifted. 

If your order is a gift and you let me know in the Note to Seller section at the checkout, I will omit pricing details and will also include a personalised gift message if requested. 

 I have made every effort to ensure that the colours and finishes shown on screen match as closely as possible to the colours and finishes of the products you’ll receive. However, I cannot guarantee an exact match in colours and finishes as there may be some variation due to screen and printer settings. Some of my designs may also include wooden elements. These are natural products and colours and sizes may vary slightly from those shown in my listing photos. Rest assured - I only use the best quality materials and would never send any item out which did not meet my own very high standards.
